FLOW

Calm, connected strength building, the bridge between restorative movement and more demanding loaded work.

New clients begin with a Beginners Workshop or 2 x 1:1 sessions before joining weekly classes.

What is FLOW?

Flow sits between Functional Moves and Loaded Motion. For many people, it’s where training to be stronger starts to feel achievable.

It’s designed for those who wouldn’t normally choose weights or demanding bodyweight training, but who are ready to begin building strength in a way that feels controlled, intelligent, and deeply supportive.

To access any of the classes you will need to attend a Beginners Workshop or have done at least 2 1:1s beforehand.

Who is FLOW for?

Flow introduces gentle external load and structured bodyweight work through calm, continuous sequences that focus on body awareness, joint health, and nervous system regulation.

Movements are slow, connected, and deliberate. The goal is to feel what you’re doing, not just perform exercises.

That’s where strength becomes organised, and where confidence grows.

  • Perfect if intense training has never felt right, but you still want to build capability.

  • A supportive middle step that builds consistency and confidence.

  • Ideal if you want calm, structured training that improves both movement quality and strength.

What to expect in a session

Each class follows a deliberate progression:

Settle and prepare

Calm preparation to organise the body and reduce noise in the system.

Continuous movement sequences

Slow, connected patterns that build awareness and control.

Gentle load and strength building

Light external load and structured bodyweight work, progressed at a steady pace.

Downshift and restore

Time to decompress so you leave feeling better, not drained.

What you’ll notice over time

  • Strength feels more achievable and less intimidating

  • Better control, balance, and coordination

  • Improved joint confidence and range of motion

  • More calm in the body, less tension and bracing

  • A smoother pathway into Loaded Motion when ready
