Not yoga, not pilates, a method of movement

If you’ve been searching for yoga or pilates because you want to feel looser, move better, and reduce stiffness, you’re in the right territory.

The difference is how we get there.

The Stirland Approach focuses on how your skeleton organises movement, then builds strength, control, and confidence from that foundation.
