It’s not a class style, it’s a method, focused on how your skeleton organises movement, then building strength and control from that foundation.

  • Yes. New clients complete an introduction first, either the Beginners Workshop or 2 x 1:1 sessions. This helps you understand the method properly and makes sure you join the right level with confidence.

  • Most people begin with Functional Movement because it teaches the foundations and improves movement quality quickly. If your goal is fitness and conditioning, Body Weight Intensive may suit you better. If you’re training for sport or returning from injury, Performance or Private Sessions are often the best fit. If you’re unsure, send an enquiry and Angie will recommend your best start point.

  • Yes. The work meets you where you are, and the introduction step makes sure you start safely and confidently. Many people come to improve stiffness, ongoing aches, or to rebuild after time off training.

  • Start by sending an enquiry to arrange your introduction. After you’ve completed Step 1, you’ll be guided to the right membership option, then you’ll be able to book sessions through your account.
