What are Private Sessions?

Private sessions are tailored coaching with Angie, designed around your body, your goals, and how you move today.

We focus on the relationship between your skeletal structure and movement, then build progressions that improve physical function in everyday life, training, and sport.

What makes it different

If you’ve tried general classes, stretching routines, yoga, or pilates and still feel stuck, private sessions give you clarity.

You’ll learn what your body is doing, why it feels that way, and how to change it through practical, repeatable work.
